The ViAir 20001 on-board air system kit comes complete with everything you need from start to finish to install a reliable, cosntant duty mobile air source system. All the extras from a coil hose and dash panel gauge down to the nuts and bolts needed to secure the compressor and tank are included so you won't find yourself having to run to the hardware store for missing parts.

The ViAir 20001 Kit Features:

• ViAir Model 480C 200 PSI Air Compressors
  The ViAir 480C air compressor is ViAir's flagship 200 PSI air compressor. This heavy duty compressor will pump the included tank from 0 to 200 PSI in just 5 minutes without drawing over 20 amps. The compressor runs smoothly with a precision balanced motor and piston as well as heavy duty vibration isolators to help insure the quietest of operation while still providing outstanding performance. This 12-volt compressor features an oil-less design thats hassle-free and is completely moisture and dust resistant! Basic features include a high performance PTFE piston ring, stainless steel valves and thermal overload protection. The compressor weighs 11 lbs and measure 11.5" in length, 4.3" in width, and 6.5" in height. The compressor draws a maximum of 19 amps during its peak performance.
• 2.5 Gallon ViAir Air Tank
  This air tank is perfect for small vehicles supplying a hefty 2.5 gallons (11 liters) of air while only measuring 23.5" in length, 6" in width, and 7.5" in height. The tank is constructed of high-grade steel and is factory rated to a working pressure of 200 PSI.
• Tire Inflation Gun & 30 Foot Extension Hose
  Right out of the box this kit comes complete with everything you need to inflate your own tires. The 30 foot extension coil is rated to 200 PSI and has a quick connector on both ends for ease of use. The tire inflation gun is ergonomically designed and features a 200 PSI gauge right on the handle. This tire inflation system is close-ended meaning you won't release air until you pull the trigger to inflate your tires.
• Dash Panel Gauge With Air System Control Switch
  The dash panel gauge allows you to easily view your air systems air pressure and control its operation. There is an on-off switch conveniently located on the panel which lets you switch your system completely off or to its regular, automatic mode of operation. While the switch is on the 'On' position, the air compressor will fill the tank up to 200 PSI and turn itself off. The pump will then turn back on by itself once your system has lost some pressure. The system is fully automatic and is designed to provide you the most control possible.
• Heavy Duty 165/200 PSI Pressure Switch With Built-In 40A Relay
  Included in this kit is one of the finest pressure switches available. This sealed switch controls your tank pressure and will automatically maintain 200 PSI in your system. The unit is completely weatherproof which means you can mount it underneath your vehicle (or anywhere else it might be exposed to the elements) without any complications. On top of being weatherproof and properly sealed, this case is extremely tough! (We've seen people try to break it open and fail miserably). Another key feature of this pressure switch is its built in relay. The built-in relay insures that your compressor's power load doesn't cycle through your pressure switch; instead it flows through the relay, protecting the pressure switch from electrical harm.
